Draft status
This page is a working draft prepared alongside the site build. The structure and the published company details below are correct as of September 2026, but the final wording must be reviewed and signed off by Sierra Blanca Estates’ legal counsel before the site goes live.
What this build actually stores
This build sets no cookies at all and writes nothing to your browser: no tracking, no advertising and no consent record, because there is nothing yet to consent to. The pages behave exactly the same in a private window.
Nothing else on the page phones home. Fonts, images and video are served from the same domain as the site.
What would be added at launch
A live commercial build would normally add, subject to your consent: an analytics cookie set to measure traffic and page performance; and, if the developer runs paid campaigns, advertising cookies set by the ad platform. [Providers, cookie names and durations to be confirmed once the client’s analytics and ad stack is chosen.]
Those categories are switched off entirely until consent is given, and refusing them leaves the site fully usable.
Changing your choice
If analytics or advertising cookies are added, a consent banner will appear on the first visit, nothing in those categories will load until it is accepted, and a permanent link in the footer will reopen the settings.
