Who is responsible
The data controller for enquiries made through this site is Sierra Blanca Estates, Carretera de Istán km 1, 29602 Marbella, Spain. Marketing operations are carried out by Persuadis Publicidad SL (NIF B65062713, Rambla de Catalunya 123, 08008 Barcelona) acting as processor or joint controller. What we collect and why
When you use the enquiry form we hold what you enter: your name, email address and telephone number, the number of bedrooms and the budget range you indicate, and anything you add in the message. When you contact us by email or telephone we hold what you send us. We use these only to answer your enquiry: to send the sales dossier, to give you current availability and pricing, and to arrange a viewing.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated. The bedrooms and budget fields are optional. You are never required to provide data to browse the site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the sales process is live and for the period afterwards required by Spanish commercial and tax law. [Exact retention period to be set by the client.]
Who else sees it
Your details are shared with the Sierra Blanca Estates sales team, the marketing operator named above, and the providers that host the website and the CRM. They are not sold, and they are not shared with Dolce&Gabbana for the brand’s own marketing unless you separately agree to that.

Your rights
